We offer you the skillful attention of a Master Life Coach, Co-Counselor Expert, and Transformation Practitionertm , all-in-one, who can help you navigate to your next level of vibrancy, empowerment, and wholeness. During the course of your life, you may have accumulated some blocks to your success and ultimate fulfillment. As a result, you need more sustained, focused attention to clear a path to your authentic purpose and joy! Pick and choose transformational treatments from our more than 60 programs.
SAMPLE WEEK:
Arrival: Take a day to travel to your lodging of choice* and prepare for the week ahead ~
FIRST DAY: Orientation [1hr]; Life Inventory [2hrs]; Life Story Process [3 hrs]
SECOND DAY: Journaling, Yoga, Dance, Breath work, Massage, Living Foods
THIRD DAY: Feng Shui Your Heart, Pt. 1 [ 3 hrs]; Walk on the Beach [2 hours]
FOURTH DAY: Dream Work, Aromatherapy Massage, Goal Setting, Yoga
FIFTH DAY: Feng Shui Your Heart, Pt. 2 [3 hrs.]; Empowerment Training [2 hs]
SIXTH DAY: Integration Process [3 hrs.]; Yoga on the Beach, Living Foods
Departure: Concluding Session before leaving to clarify new Action Plan
These REJUVENATING INTENSIVES in San Diego are so idyllic with the lovely weather, slow pace of living, and various options in the area. All sessions will be done in our exclusive, OCEAN VIEW sanctuary, near Encinitas, home of Yogananda’s beautiful and auspicious gardens. A week devoted to rejuvenating your body, mind, heart, and soul is one of the best gifts you can give yourself, or another. This is especially helpful for people needing to relax, going through a major transition, or related change.
To begin, Clients receive a complimentary consultation to see if we want to work together. I’ll ask you about your goals and challenges and you’ll ask me whatever you like. If we decide to continue, I will submit a questionnaire to you. You will be provided with a list of nearby lodging options. Each day we will get together for 6-8 hours. This allows you to get ample rest during this intensive period. Once the intensive is over, a coaching-by-phone, every week or so, can continue the work we’ve started together, addressing every area of your life.
